All deposits made by an underage user will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be permanently forfeited.

Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to Member misconduct, spin999 reserves the right to void all pending Bets and forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is at the Member's own request and no misconduct is involved, any valid balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms, a Bet settlement, Account action, or any other matter arising from your use of spin999, the following procedure applies:
spin999's decisions on Bet settlement — including void, win, and loss determinations made in accordance with published product rules — are final and binding and are not subject to challenge outside the dispute procedure above.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spin999's international gaming authority licence is held.
By using the spin999 platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the procedures set out in Section 15 above.
